Notes of anise balanced with other botanicals create a flavor profile perfect for a Sazerac cocktail. In rocks glass drop bitters on sugar then crush it, add rye whiskey. In second chilled glass swirl absinthe then empty glass. Pour first glass into absinthe coated glass. Garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy!
